PRESCRIPTION SKINCARE BELFAST NORTHERN IRELAND
FOR ACNE, ANTI-AGEING, ROSACEA, PIGMENTATION AND MORE!
Retinols, retinoids, and tretinoin are all quickly becoming key players in skincare, and rightly so.

However, they are not all created equally. RetinOL is a weak vitamin A- you can buy it in over-the-counter creams and lotions. As it doesn't require a prescription as it is not particularly strong or active.

We know the key to great skincare is active ingredients. That is where medical strength or prescription-only skincare comes in. Under the direction of a qualified medical practitioner, and only available by prescription is the stronger vitamin A derivatives retinOIDS such as tretinoin.

These are exceptionally effective at treating a multitude of skin conditioners and reducing skin ageing, Because of the strong nature of the ingredients, which are medications, they can not be bought over the counter. The treatment must be overseen by a medic.

Many companies provide prescription-strength retinoid or tretinoin which can be prescribed for patients. At Aesthetics by Dr Victoria, we go one step further and work with a pharmaceutical laboratory to compound and provide prescription-only skincare which is BEPSOKE TO EVERY PATIENT.

Dr Victoria can vary and alter the ingredients and strengths of the creams and lotions to ensure the very best, premium skincare service.

The process starts with a consultation and a skin analysis. Your recommended, bespoke cream will be with you in 7-10 days following consultation. A 3 month supply is recommended initially and then reveiwed every 3 months.

Cost: £100 for 3 month supply (includes initial consultation and a 3 month consultation to assess progress).

NO FANCY SMELLS.
NO FANCY LABELS.
JUST INGREDIENTS THAT WORK.
When it comes to skincare there are thousands of options out there. Any that can be bought over the counter can not contain medical strength active ingredients. So often, you are paying ££££s for fancy labels, nice smells, textures and good marketing.

A top tip is to remember a big price does not mean a good product. Dr Victoria recommends that if you are purchasing skincare over the counter, swerve the big designer names and head to brands such as Cera Ve, La Poche Roche, Paula's Choice etc- because the only difference in these vs. more expensive brands is the label.
